Escape to the Beaches!
Was it hot enough for you this weekend? Summer is in full effect here in sunny SoCal, which means the mantra for many over the weekend was "Must. Counteract. Heat." The answer for many was simple: Hit the beach!
Venice, Malibu, Dockweiler, you name it, you were there. Along with tons of other sun, sand, and surf-seeking bodies. And you took pictures (and put them where they belong: the LAist Featured Photos pool on Flickr).
