Video: Neil Patrick Harris And Jason Segel Sing 'Les Mis' Song On 'Inside The Actors Studio'
While appearing on the latest episode of “Inside the Actors Studio,” “How I Met Your Mother” stars Neil Patrick Harris and Jason Segel were asked to sing a song from “Les Miserables”—thankfully, they obliged.
Since “Les Miserables” is back on Broadway—and because the duo memorably sang “The Confrontation” back in 2006 on “The Megan Mullaly Show”—an audience member asked if they’d sing the song again. After a moment of figuring out who is who, NPH and Segel go at it like they’d been rehearsing for weeks.
It was enough for Cobie Smulders, who was sitting between them, to get up and get out of the way. For their performance, the pair got a standing ovation.
“How I Met Your Mother” ends its nine-season run Monday night.
