"Rio Bravo" is one of many John Wayne films airing on TCM today in honor of the premiere of the newest version of "True Grit".

Be sure to read our movie review of True Grit (yes, our eyes also work on movies) and if you feel like gearing up to see the movie, TCM is running a marathon of John Wayne Westerns all day. Just try to not talk like the Duke after a few of those.
Yesterday we posted our Top Ten of 2010 list and received a lot of "agreeance" as Limp Bizkit's Fred Durst would have said. We had to compile several lists in order to make the master list, check them out here and listen to our Channel Zero podcast where we discussed our methodology, which basically boiled down to: I liked these shows.
More proof that the networks really aren't making a play to establish Friday nights as a long-term investment for new TV: CBS is moving "Blue Bloods" from Fridays to Wednesday nights. This makes us worry about how much longer Fox will keep "The Good Guys" on the air - that's a fun show that might disappear sooner than later due to its Friday placement.
Make a holiday mash-up of various Comedy Central personas, from Daniel Tosh to Cartman, and send it to your friends via Facebook and Twitter.
Speaking of holiday mash-ups, our beloved Amy Sedaris will be on "The Joy Behar Show" tonight at 9pm (CNN Headline News) to talk (humorously) about holiday crafts. See the video clip at the end of this post.
