Troubadour Theater Company Wins Best Season at Ovation Awards & More

Last night was the 20th Annual Ovation Awards presented by the LA Stage Alliance. Over a thousand people attended the ceremony to see 29 awards get handed out. The behemoth Center Theatre Group (they own the Mark Taper, Ahmanson and Kirk Douglas) went home with four awards with the Troubadour Theatre Company following behind with three. With two awards each was the NoHo Arts Center Ensemble, Musical Theatre West, Havok Theatre Company, Ebony Repertory Theatre and Chalk Repertory Theatre.
