Draco Malfoy Actor Tom Felton Is Selling His Charming Nichols Canyon Bungalow

Tom Felton, perhaps better known to some as the actor who portrayed Harry Potter Slytherin Draco Malfoy, has just listed his Nichols Canyon home for $1.1449 million.

The actor picked up the home in 2014 for slightly more at $1.25 million, according to Variety. While some celebrity homes fall on the garish side of affluence, this modest two-bed, 2.5-bath bungalow is quite charming. The details are elegant: a gray marble tub, a brick fireplace in the master suite, gorgeous hardwood floors, and beautiful tile work in the kitchen. It's also got plenty of those coveted built-in shelves to store your many grimoires. The property contains a guest house and a pool, plus hedges for privacy.

According to the listing, "Four off-street parking spaces answer one of the riddles of canyon living, and the proximity to Hollywood Blvd. and Runyon Canyon make this central location extremely desirable."
