While other celebs living on Malibu's Broad Beach are trying to import sand to save their eroding beach, Steven Spielberg and Kate Capshaw were still able to unload their oceanfront Craftsman-style mansion for $26 million. Filmmaker Steven Spielberg and actress Kate Capshaw haven't been living in their mansion on Broad Beach in Malibu for many years, instead opting to rent it out for $125,000 to $150,000 a month while they live in the Pacific Palisades, Curbed LA reports. It seems, however, that the couple has sold the house for $26 million to an unidentified buyer.

The 7,237-square-foot house was built in 1992 and designed to look like a Craftsman. It includes six bedrooms, nine bedrooms, a theatre, a pool and numerous places from which to gaze at the ocean, plus a two-bedroom guest house on the 1.08-acre property, according to the L.A. Times. Neighbors include Pierce Brosnan, Danny DeVito and Dustin Hoffman
