Comic book legend Stan Lee's Comikaze Expo is happening in L.A. this weekend, and people have been flocking to the convention that features all-things related to the world of comics, sci-fi, fantasy, video games, and, especially appropriate for today, horror. Fans showed up dressed as their favorite characters, spanning various mediums and genres and attended panels, signings, and did some shopping with flair. One man dressed as Starlord, and kept a speaker hidden in his pack that played the soundtrack to Guardians of the Galaxy.

But just because someone is wearing an amazing outfit doesn't mean you can just snap photos willy-nilly; as LAist found out, "Cosplay is not Consent, keep your tentacles to yourself." You've got to get permission from the subject first.

Among those slated to appear at Comikaze is Carrie Fischer, who had some words of advice for the actress playing Princess Leia in the upcoming Star Wars reboot. Also on the guest list? Literally all of the former Power Rangers.
