Mayim Bialik was spotted sporting a full hand cast after getting into a nasty car crash yesterday that almost cost her a finger.Fortunately, Bialik is going to get to keep all of her fingers, despite her hand getting severely lacerated. She was taken to a local hospital, where her left hand was wrapped in gauze and her right hand was put into a cast, according to TMZ.

Police told People that the other car with three tourists from Chile caused the crash.

The actress known for her work on "Blossom" and "Big Bang Theory" tweeted that she was back at work today, feeling "grateful" and "tired."
