Photos: Moby Bought The Charming Mansion Next To His Los Feliz Home
Musician and local vegan eatery proprietor Moby has purchased the home next to the one he already owns in Los Feliz.
His new place was built in 1926 and it's very charming. According to the listing, it has five bedrooms, eight baths and comes in at 4,644 square feet. The listing refers to the home as the Red Oak Manner, and touts its hardwood flowers, high ceilings and 1,500 square foot deck. The gated grounds contain a pool and lots of greenery.
It looks like Moby snagged this beauty for $3.495 million, according to Trulia. Given its proximity to his other home, perhaps he intends to create a compound.
As Curbed notes, Moby bought the home next-door for $2.99 million in late 2014 after selling his former historic residence, the Wolf's Lair for $12.4 million—a considerable profit for the DJ.
