Lindsay Lohan has left rehab, but the team of experts that treated her there aren't claiming riotous success. According to US Weekly, Judge James R. Dabney—acting on the suggestion of Cliffside Malibu staff—ordered the actress to go to therapy three times a week for the next 15 months in order to avoid a relapse.

In a letter to the court, Cliffside Malibu CEO and founder Richard Taite wrote:

...it is critical that Ms. Lohan have court ordered therapy, specifically three fifty-minute sessions a week for the next eighteen months...Our entire clinical team is in unanimous agreement that if these sessions are not required by the court and attendance verified once a month to ensure accountability, it is a set up for almost certain failure.

CBS News notes that those sessions could be completed via Skype or over the phone if she's out of town. The news site also says that staff members at Cliffside are happy with Lilo's progress so far.
