The brother of reality TV star Kristin Cavallari has gone missing in Utah.On Nov. 27, law enforcement officials in Grand County, Utah, found an abandoned Honda Civic 100 feet off Floy Wash Road, 5 miles south of Interstate 70. The car was still running and the air bags had been deployed, but there was no sign of Michael Cavallari. A cell phone and laptop were also left in the car.

Using credit card transactions, authorities were able to trace Cavallari to a convenience store about 100 miles south, in Monticello, Utah, and investigators positively identified him from surveillance footage. However, he hasn't been seen since, and the case is now a missing person investigation.

"There's no sign of foul play that we can tell", Grand County Sheriff Steven White told the TODAY Show. "We're still piecing everything together."

Michael Cavallari is originally from San Clemente, Calif.
