Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Bring Their Infinite Wisdom to Children's Hospital Los Angeles

A few lucky kids at Children's Hospital in Los Angeles got a surprise visit recently from the tabloid queen herself: Kim Kardashian, along with her seemingly besotted new manpiece, Kanye West, swung by the hospital on June 29, presumably to brighten residents' moods. On her blog, Kardashian described their visit thusly:
The kids there are so brave… They are smiling, sweet and happy despite their circumstances and being around them is truly inspiring. Thank you SO much to all the incredible doctors and nurses at the Children’s Hospital for all the hard work you do every day! Xo
