Katherine Jackson Reinstated as Guardian of Michael Jackson's Kids

After a brief disappearance to Arizona and a few weeks of family turmoil, Katherine Jackson has been reinstated by a judge as the guardian of Michael Jackson's children -- her grandchildren -- Paris Jackson, Prince Jackson and Blanket Jackson.
Her ability to care for the late singer's kids was called into question late last month, when she appeared to go missing. Paris Jackson, 14, began tweeting about having not heard from Katherine for days on end.
Katherine eventually announced that she was in Arizona, but it wasn't clear whether she had gone there of her own volition or been forced to go by several of her children, including Janet Jackson and Randy Jackson.
During Katherine's absence, her guardianship was briefly revoked and T.J. Jackson, Tito Jackson's 34-year-old son, was granted temporary custody of the kids. At today's court hearing, T.J. was named co-guardian, a title he'll retain temporarily until August 22, at which time his co-guardianship may be made permanent.
