Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux finally tied the knot! And the couple did it in the most low-key way possible—by throwing their wedding in the backyard of their Bel Air home.

They also apparently tricked their over 70 guests on Wednesday by telling them that they were attending actor-screenwriter Theroux's birthday party, not their wedding, a source told PEOPLE. Aniston has truly mastered the art of sneakiness. After all, we imagine nobody suspected a thing since the two have had a pretty long three-year engagement. "Jen has been very good at keeping her wedding planning secret," the source said. "Only her closest confidants knew that the party was actually a surprise wedding."

The intimate wedding had about eight tables, a bar and a stage on the wooden deck in their backyard. TMZ reports that they spotted a wedding-like cake going into the house that had muppet-like cake toppers. PEOPLE and US Weekly reports that Aniston, 46, and Theroux, 43, had some A-list guests watch them exchange vows, from the likes of Howard Stern, Lisa Kudrow, Chelsea Handler, Emily Blunt, John Krasinski, Ellen DeGeneres, Lake Bell and controversial photographer Terry Richardson. In case you were wondering what Richardson was doing at the wedding, he's apparently been buddies with Theroux since 2011.

The newlyweds started dating when they costarred in 2012 film, Wanderlust. When the Associated Press asked Aniston in 2013 why they hadn't gotten hitched yet, she told them: "We just want to do it when it's perfect, and we're not rushed, and no one is rushing from a job or rushing to a job. And, you know, we already feel married."

Congrats, Jennifer and Justin!
