Here Are Your 2016 Golden Globe Nominations
The Golden Globes were announced bright and early this morning, kicking awards season into high gear.
On the film side, things are looking good for Carol and The Big Short which had four nominations a piece. The Revenant and Steve Jobs also did well with three nominations a piece.
On the TV front, streaming is killing it. Four of the six nominations for Best Comedy are streaming: Casual (Hulu), Mozart in the Jungle (Amazon), Orange Is the New Black (Netflix), and Transparent (Amazon). Narcos (Netflix) also picked up a nomination in the Best Drama category.
The announcement by America Ferrera, Dennis Quaid, Angela Bassett and Chloë Grace Moretz did not go off without a hitch. The Golden Globes confused America Ferrera and Gina Rodriguez:

This year's award show will be taking place Jan. 10 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Ricky Gervais will be hosting for the third time.
