Fergie Has a (Black Eyed) Pea in the Pod
Well, we can all sleep easy tonight: Fergie, 37, and Josh Duhamel, 40, have successfully conceived a human. This morning, the singer -- whose full name is Stacy Ann Ferguson -- tweeted the happy news:
Josh & Me & BABY makes three!!! #mylovelybabybump http://t.co/e8sxz5CQ pic.twitter.com/J7NUZczN
— Fergie (@Fergie) February 18, 2013
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the couple, who have been married since 2009, have been thinking about starting a family since last summer, after their dog died. Duhamel told a reporter that they would "focus on our human baby first" before getting another four-legged friend.
In addition to fronting The Black Eyed Peas, Fergie also makes regular appearances on the big screen. She's voiced characters for the movies "Marmaduke" and "Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa." Duhamel generally appears in movies and TV as the hot but not particularly interesting guy.
Whatever you think of Fergie and Duhamel, you have to give the expectant mom props for #mylovelybabybump. That's well played.
