Felicity Huffman and William H. Macy aren't having any part of a woman who wants to collect financial damages for having fallen down in their house. According to City News Service, they've both filed cross-complaints against Lourdes Orozco, who claims that she fell on some stairs in their house that were "dirty," "poorly maintained" and lacking "regulated handrails."Orozco's money grab complaint was filed on August 15 of last year, alleging that her fall took place on August 11, 2011.

Huffman and Macy say that someone else -- who they have yet to identify -- should be held responsible if Orozco gets her way with the complaint, and that they shouldn't have to pay her for any damage sustained.
