Epic Win! Nintendo Gives Kirby i am 8-bit Makeover
The demo room at Nintendo's Redwood City offices got a charmingly patchwork makeover by Los Angeles video game artists i am 8-bit last week. Decorated in cloth and burlap, felt and buttons, iconic mushrooms and, of course, yarn, the anticipated Kirby's Epic Yarn for Wii was on display with gush-worthy cuteness, pleasing musical tinklings, shape-shifting transformations, and all the precision textiles of Patch Land you can expect on Oct. 17 when the game is released.
