Charlie Sheen's ex-fiancée is suing the actor, claiming he abused her during their relationship, didn't disclose his HIV-status with her before they had sex for the first time, and forced her to get an abortion.Porn star Scottine Ross, known by her stage name Brett Rossi, filed the lawsuit in court on Thursday, claiming Sheen had agreed to pay Rossi $1 million and assign her royalties from his show Anger Management by December 2. However, the suit contends that after Sheen revealed on the TODAY show that he was HIV-positive, Sheen backed off the deal and refused to sign the agreement.

"The lawsuit filed by Ms. Ross speaks for itself," Ross' attorney David M. Ring told People Magazine. "Mr. Sheen made it clear on The TODAY Show that he had no intention of honoring the agreement reached, and sure enough, he didn't."

Sheen said in the TODAY show interview that he was coming out with his diagnosis to put an end to what he called "shakedowns." "I release myself from this prison today," he said in the interview with Matt Lauer.

The lawsuit says Ross first had sex with Sheen on November 1 of 2013 when the actor paid Ross $10,000. The porn star fell in love with Sheen, but Sheen "became violent and abusive and uncontrollable" during drug and alcohol binges, physically attacking her, threatening her with an unloaded gun, and in one instance, she says he threw a cement pillar at her. According to TMZ, he missed and broke a glass door instead.

Ross had sex with Sheen at least five times before discovering his HIV medication, she says in the suit. "If Sheen had disclosed... that he was HIV positive when they met for the very first time, [she] never would have engaged in sex with him, and the resulting relationship between the two would never have occurred," it reads. Sheen convinced her to stay after a "heart to heart."

In March of 2014, Ross claims that Sheen forced her to get an abortion. Sheen "erupted into a fit of rage," threatening to kick her out because he didn't want to have a "retarded child" because of his HIV-status.

"Charlie Sheen intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by Scottine Ross," said Sheen's attorney, Martin Singer, in a statement to Variety. "We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail in this action and will prevail on his claims for affirmative relief against her."

In his TODAY show appearance, Sheen said he disclosed to all of his sex partners his HIV-status. However, Ross' lawsuit flies in the face of that claim, and another one of Sheen's ex-girlfriends, porn star Bree Olson, says she found out about his HIV-status "right along with everyone else."
