Britney Spears has a new pad in the gated community of Westlake Village in Thousand Oaks, complete with a tennis court, spa, orchard and a wine cellar that holds over 3,500 bottles.
Spears bought the 13,264 square-foot mansion for a mere $7.4 million, according to TMZ. The two-story "Italian Villa" sits on over 20 acres and has 5 beds, 7.5 baths, tennis courts, an infinity pool, a spa, the aforementioned massive wine cellar, a 3-hole golf course, some giant closets, a pool house and an orchard. The views are pretty great, too.
According to the listing, Spears will have to pay $1,836 a month in HOA dues.
