It will remain this way as long as social distancing and stay-at-home orders are in effect.

Relic IFC Midnight releases this horror film from writer and director Natalie Erika James. Her feature debut takes on the haunted-house tale, focusing on an elderly mother Edna (Robyn Nevin) who vanishes then reappears without explanation. Andrew McMahon Drive-in Concert City National Grove of Anaheim 2200 E Katella Ave., Anaheim The OC-based singer-songwriter is performing three drive-in shows this weekend to celebrate the 15th anniversary of his band, Jack's Mannequin, and their debut release Everything in Transit. McMahon plays the album in its entirety and adds songs from start to finish, plus other songs from Wilderness and Something Corporate. This is an all-ages show. King of Arms Art Ball 6 Rashaad Newsome Studio holds the first virtual edition of this event, which brings together the LGBTQ+ ballroom community and the worlds of art, fashion, music, literature and activism. Jackrabbit Homesteading in the Mojave The Desert Institute at Joshua Tree National Park presents a virtual lecture with Julia Sizek, a PhD candidate in anthropology at UC Berkeley. In her presentation, Sizek examines Wonder Valley, in the Morongo Basin, home to small tract cabins. In 1938, Congress gave away five-acre parcels for new vacation homes but the reality never quite lived up to the potential. These now dilapidated 12x16 cabins are "ruin porn -- combining the affective pulls of a yesteryear and today's love of tiny homes with the dilapidation of pastel colors, clean lines and hantavirus."
