Belle And Sebastian Headline The ACE Hotel Theatre
If you've been wanting to sing your heart out to "Get Me Away From Here, I'm Dying" with Belle and Sebastian, you might have the chance to now. The Scottish indie darlings will be performing at the gorgeous and breathtaking ACE Hotel theater on October 6.
They haven't played a show in L.A. since 2010 and performed at the Santa Barbara Bowl last summer (but you know, it was probably too far of a drive for us Angelenos who already spend enough time in traffic). This time around, they'll also be going from Miami to Mexico City on their short tour.
The crew has been in the studio working on their 9th album with producer Ben H. Allen (who's known for his work with the likes of Animal Collective and Youth Lagoon), as a follow-up to 2010's Write About Love. Matador Records is also planning some reissues of Belle and Sebastian's other albums, according to Pitchfork.
Tickets for this ACE Hotel show go on sale on Friday, June 13 at 10 a.m. online here. It will cost $40 - $45 a pop.
