Lisa D'Amato, former contestant and subsequent winner of "America's Next Top Model," broke her nose while doing a handstand on the set of her new movie, "Cowboys and Indians."

The 32-year-old champion of 2011's "America's Next Top Model" all-star cycle told People magazine that she was "monkeying around" with a crew member and did a handstand up against him -- like you do -- when she took a nasty spill that cut and bruised her face and broke her nose.

D'Amato, who has also appeared on "Celebrity Rehab," was rushed to the plastic surgeon where she was fixed up. She was even able to find a silver lining in the whole ordeal, telling People that hey, she got a new nose out of it:

"I didn't have the best nose in the world to begin with. It gave me character," she said. "Now I have a nice little nose job. I get a super cute nose."

The photo posted to Facebook chronicled her recovery. D'Amato wrote:

It's only DAY 4 & look how fast I'm healing! I'm still puffy and all types of jacked up but the improvement is huge in just 48 hrs. #AMAZING #SURGERY #recovery now you guys don't get to see my face & new nose till it's perfect in a couple wks! Good luck to her and her new nose.
