Amanda Bynes Once Again Stands Accused Of Being A Terrible, Irresponsible Driver
Not again! Amanda Bynes is being accused of getting into yet another hit and run.
A woman named Kisa told TMZ that a woman in black BMW hit her Corolla from behind as she was driving on Ventura Boulevard in the San Fernando Valley yesterday afternoon.
When Kisa got out of her car to assess the damage with the other driver, she says she didn't recognize Bynes at first because she "looked like a hot mess." Bynes got kind of nervous when she pulled out her insurance card and suggested they exchange info, Kisa told TMZ.
Bynes tried to push Kisa's bumper into place, and then took off without exchanging any info after deciding that the damage just wasn't that bad. Kisa snapped a shot of her own bumper and said the damage on Bynes' car was even worse. (Hopefully, Kisa got the number from the license plates, too.) She called police who came out and took a hit-and-run report and made a knowing reference to Bynes' issues on the road.
If you're keeping score at home, Bynes has so far been charged with a DUI after she sideswiped a sheriff's patrol car. She also bolted at a traffic stop after police caught her gabbing on the phone. And a driver in the Valley accused Bynes of slamming into her car on the 101 before taking off (although the DA didn't pursue the case).
