Amanda Bynes was accused of yet another hit-and-run—this time on the 101 Freeway. The alleged incident happened just days beforeshe got a DUI after sideswiping a sheriff's car in West Hollywood. The victim said that a 5 series BMW slammed into her and then fled when she was driving on the 101 in the Valley, according to TMZ.

The victim managed to chase the car off the freeway until it blew through a red light. She got the license plate number and reported it to the CHP who figured out it was an Enterprise rental. The woman said she recognized Bynes' mugshot from the line-up (then again, we would, too). She says she later called Enterprise who said the car had been rented out to Bynes.

However, the city attorney is rejecting the case because there wasn't an independent witness who ID'd Bynes as the driver, law enforcement sources told TMZ.

This is the third hit-and-run Bynes was accused of within the span of about a month. If we happen to see her lilac-haired profile anywhere in our vicinity, we're steering clear just to be safe.
