Ladies and gentlemen, it's time to start getting classy around here, because one of England's most eligible transplants might be headed our way: According to the Daily Mirror, Adele is considering a move to the Southland.

The British newspaper reports that the multi-award-winning artist fell in love with Los Angeles while staying out here during awards season. She rented a house in town, and reportedly decided that it was a good place for her newborn son, Angelo.

The paper adds that Adele's being encouraged to come to the states by her good friend Adya Field -- Robbie Williams' wife -- who's telling her to buy a place in a gated community such as one in Beverly Hills, which will afford her plenty of space to roam around without being harassed by fans and paparazzi.

The singer already owns two homes in England, and is said to be considering splitting her time between the UK and the US.
