Today's sunshine and high temps will be a thing of memory by tomorrow and for the next few days as a rain system is poised to chill out the Southland, according to the Daily News .

The wet weather, says the National Weather Service, will be "cold and vigorous" and will bring us drizzle on Tuesday, showers Wednesday, and rain--possibly thunderstorms--on Thursday.

The change in the weather will be pretty drastic--consider today's predicted high of 82 in Downtown, and Wednesday's forecast of 62. Don't pack up those jackets and umbrellas yet!
