Downtown commuters on the northbound 110 near 2nd Street were seemingly unphased as they passed the two flaming cars in the middle three lanes of the freeway this morning around 6 a.m. "Officers are still investigating the cause of the accident but believe the person responsible left the scene before they arrived," said the LA Times. No serious injuries were reported.CBS has the video.
