A man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of being intoxicated after he passed out at the wheel of his vehicle, which happened to be stopped on train tracks in Pacoima. A freight train struck the vehicle at around 1:15 this morning, reports KTLA. In the collision, the vehicle "was then clipped by the train, spun around and pushed into a railroad crossing arm." The driver sustained minor injuries, his car was totaled, and the freight train was undamaged. A field sobriety test conducted by responding officers led to the driver's arrest for a DUI.
