A man driving through Watts just after midnight was killed after being shot in the head by an unknown sniper armed with a rifle.

Police say they do not know where the shot came from.

The victim, a thirty-something man whose name has not been released, had been driving south on Grape Street near 105th Street. The man's car crashed into a fence after the shooting, KTLA reports.
