Dennis Rodman Is A Person Of Interest In 5 Freeway Hit-And-Run

Former Los Angeles Laker, NBA Hall of Famer and North Korea enthusiast Dennis Rodman is considered a "person of interest" following a two-vehicle crash that occurred on the 5 Freeway in Santa Ana last week.California Highway Patrol officer Florentino Olivera told CBS L.A. that one of the drivers involved in the crash said that he recognized Rodman as being behind the wheel of the car that left the scene of the collision. Olivera said, that "based on the driver’s statement, we have to investigate."
According to the Orange County Register, the driver who alleges he saw Rodman also complained of some pain, but there were no serious injuries reported.
TMZ reports that no charges have been filed. One witness said that Rodman was seen singing karaoke at a bar shortly before the crash. A representative for Rodman told TMZ that they were "were waiting to talk to Dennis on who may have been in or driving his vehicle at the time of this incident," and that he "will certainly cooperate with authorities and allow them to inspect his vehicle for damages as well if these accusations are accurate."
Here's a video of Rodman singing karaoke on Wednesday, allegedly before the crash. The information posted in the YouTube video places it at Santa Ana's Velvet Lounge, known for their weekend Drag Brunch.
