The couple whose bodies were found shot to death in a murder-suicide at the Beverly Hilton on Friday night has been identified as two long-term residents at the hotel. The man was 70 years old and the woman was 56 years old, according to Beverly Hills Patch. Both of them were white, police said. Yesterday the Daytime Emmy Awards were held at the hotel but police said the couple didn't have any apparent connection to the event.

Police haven't released the couple's names and are releasing few other details about the couple until their next-of-kin have been notified. Police told Radar Online that they haven't established a motive for the shooting.
