Woman Arrested for Murder After Being Found Pushing Trash Can Holding Body Parts

Odds are, if you're pushing around a trash can containing body parts, you probably know something about how they got to be there. Such seems to be the case with 51-year-old Carmen Montenegro of San Bernardino, who was arrested today as part of a murder investigation. Montenegro was seen Sunday afternoon on the streets of an Ontario neighborhood, "pushing a trash can containing a man's body parts," according to L.A. Now.Residents in the area where Montenegro was walking alerted authorities, who are working to locate any additional remains. The victim has not been identified, and authorities in Ontario are "trying to determine how the victim died and where and how he was killed."
Reportedly Montenegro has a relative in the Ontario neighborhood, and sought her help in trying to dispose of the body.
