A 20-year-old Disney Channel star was busted Sunday in Burbank on suspicion he was driving under the influence. Mitchel Musso played Oliver Oken on the kid-friendly network's popular Miley Cyrus vehicle "Hannah Montana."Musso "was arrested about 3:45 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of Buena Vista Street and Chandler Boulevard, said Burbank police Sgt. Sean Kelley," reports the Daily News.

The underage alleged drunk driver was behind the wheel of an '07 Mercedes-Benz "when he approached the scene of an unrelated traffic accident, and he allegedly failed to obey a traffic officer's instructions." Put through the paces of a field sobriety test, Musso came up with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit. He was booked for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

The youngster also voices Jeremy Johnson in "Phineas and Ferb," and serves as the host of Disney Channel's hidden camera series, "PrankStars."
