Four Arrested in Connection to Silver Lake-Echo Park Street Robberies*
After news about a slew of recent robberies caused concern in the Silver Lake and Echo Park communities, the LAPD today announced that they have arrested two suspects. "Two are in custody and the invesgiation is continuing," said Detective Rick Ortiz over the phone, who said the police will try to file the case with the District Attorney tomorrow. More information is expected to come out tomorrow at a press conference.
Update: Four suspects, two of them juveniles, are now in custody, reports EastsiderLA. All are listed in a database of known criminals.
