Hold On to Your Dentures: The 'Granny Bandit' is Behind Bars [UPDATED]

She wore a floral print scarf around her face and sunglasses, and is thought to be behind a string of Fontana shopping mall robberies, and now the elderly woman nicknamed the "Granny Bandit" is behind bars. L.A. Now reports that authorities in Fontana had the woman in custody as of this afternoon, but have not yet released her identity.
In addition to robbing a shopper at gunpoint in a Kohl's parking lot on Sunday, the "Granny Bandit," is allegedly responsible for similar heists on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
UPDATE 4:05 PM According to Fontana Police, the suspect's name is Dodi Wasbotten, and she is 51 years old. They say Wasbotten has "had contact with law enforcement before," and that the weapon she brandished during her robberies might not be a real gun.
