A Santa Ana teenager has admitted to flashing his parts at at least four women in the past few weeks while out walking his dog, according to the OC Register. Santa Ana Police Department Cpl. Anthony Bertagna said the boy has said "he needed to get out to take care of his business." The teen had been taking his chihuahua for a walk in the vicinity of an apartment complex where numerous reports of "exposure" have been logged.
