Just a few days after the Los Angeles Police Department made public edited portions of surveillance video taken inside the foyer of the "Centro De Alegria" Pre-School in Boyle Heights showing a nude man amusing himself and moving about in the empty room, an arrest has been made in the bizarre case. Using a tip from a Boyle Heights resident, detectives were able to positively identify the suspect, who is a 15-year-old male juvenile.

The crime consists of two break-ins at the pre-school, when on each visit the teen removed his clothing and was captured on video "parading around for several minutes while engaging in strange behavior of a sexual nature," including masturbating, say the LAPD. While inside the suspect also ransacked the school, looking for items of value and leaving with various items of property including money and keys. The most recent episode was on March 6th, and an earlier episode November 14th. At neither time were children present.

The teen suspect has been booked into Eastlake Juvenile Hall for Burglary and is being held without bail.
