There authorities found a deceased female of about 70 years old inside the home, and, outside, a deceased male in his 20s, according to City News Service.
The LAPD say the woman, who may have rented rooms to boarders, appeared to be the victim of a homicide. The man was a "possible suspect," but may have fallen from either a roof or balcony after becoming involved in a fight with others at the scene.
An investigation into the bizarre incident remains ongoing.
