Man Shot on Venice Boardwalk Last Night
The Los Angeles Police Department are investigating a shooting that took place last night on the Venice Boardwalk near 17th Street and Ocean Front Walk, according to Venice Patch. It is possible the shooting was gang-related, though the LAPD have not confirmed that.
Following the shooting, the LAPD were also sent to a McDonald's nearby on Venice Boulevard, which may have also been gang-related. The connection, if any, between the two incidents has not been determined.
Though there were people on the Boardwalk at the time of the shooting, the LAPD says they did not have any witnesses and have not made any arrests. No information about the victim has been made available.
