Two teenaged USC students who were given a ride home last Saturday morning on what they thought was an official campus bus ended up in a nightmare. The two unidentified victims were walking on the 3100 block of Figueroa Boulevard around 3:30 a.m. when 21-year-old Daniel Charles Elliot allegedly offered them a ride home.

The students accepted the ride and upon arriving at their destination, Elliot apparently refused to let the women out and asked them to dance for him before sexually battering one of them. Attracting the attention of a passerby, the women were eventually let go by Elliot, who was arrested by police on Tuesday. He is being held in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Anyone with information about this sexual battery can call Detectives at 323-290-2975 or 213-485-2585 or 1-877-LAPD-24-7 (527-3247) during off hours.
