The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department say Daniel Donovan was identified by a 12-year-old boy who saw Donovan trying to videotape him as he was using the restroom in one of the stalls Tuesday evening. The boy immediately fled and notified campus security, who held Donovan until the LASD arrived on scene. Law enforcement personnel searched Donovan's vehicle, which was parked on campus, and found he was in possession of child pornography.
