If you have large ears and rob banks, it's only fitting your FBI nickname will be the "All Ears Bandit." However, today the Bureau is announcing the arrest of a man they believe is the large-eared perp. 25-year-old Stepan Dovlatyan was taken into custody at his home in Los Angeles on August 1st, says the Department of Justice, and after appearing in court Tuesday, posted $20,000 bail. Dovlatyan faces charges for bank robbery and attempted bank robbery.

Dovlatyan is accused of robbing a bank in Bell Gardens on March 12, 2011, and for the attempted robberies of a Carson bank on March 14, 2011 and in Echo Park on March 19, 2011. Authorities are working to determine if he can be linked to any other robberies.
