Three Weeks, Three Arrests: Former NASCAR Driver Booked on Drug Charges

Okay, now for round three. Former NASCAR Driver Jimmy Neal, released form jail last night, was arrested today for possession of methamphetamine, says TMZ and KTLA.
Earlier this week he was arrested for attempted rape, just hours after being released from jail for a 50-mile car chase in Orange County -- the one that went up to speeds of 140 mph in May.
Neal raced 20 years ago at the Ascot Park track in Gardena and returned to the sport in 2008.
