A man found shot to death in the Rose Bowl parking lot earlier this year was killed by his brother, allege LA County prosecutors, who are charging 56-year-old Clifton Cass of Duarte with the murder of 57-year-old Victor Cass, also of Duarte. The younger Cass, known to authorities in Temple City as Duroc Crips gang member "Shiloh," is accused of fatally shooting his older brother on February 28th in Pasadena, according to the Whittier Daily News. Court records indicate Clifton Cass "as five felony convictions, all for armed robbery, dating back to 1992." Another felon, Dwayne Sims, 55, has been charged as an accessory to the murder, and for "possessing the handgun used in the murder."

Authorities in Pasadena say they have a strong case against Clifton Cass, though they would not provide details about the motive, and are not releasing information obtained from the autopsy. Victor Cass' body was found early in the morning of February 28 by a Rose Bowl employee.
