4 People Stabbed in Fight Outside Belasco Theater

A fight early Friday morning between two people outside the Belasco Theater in Downtown Los Angeles escalated into a set of stabbings that left four people injured.
The stabbings were reported at 2:20 a.m. outside the recently-restored historic theatre on South Grand Street, according to City News Service.
Two men became engaged in an argument that turned violent when one stabbed the other. Bystanders became entangled in the melee, with four victims ultimately the suffering stab wounds. The most seriously injured victim suffered a stab wound to the neck, according to Sgt. Richard Tamez of the Los Angeles Police Department's Central Station.
A fifth person nearly became a stabbing victim, however only his clothing was slashed.
Those injured were taken to the hospital for treatment.
The LAPD arrested one suspect, a male in his 20s.
