    Good morning and happy Tuesday! It's another May gray kind of day, with mostly cloudy skies and cool weather on tap for Southern California. Sunny and warmer weather is in store for later this week.

    We're waking up to patchy fog this morning from the Inland Empire to the Santa Monica coast. That will move out by the afternoon, leaving mostly cloudy skies.

    Temperatures along L.A and Orange County coastal areas will be from 65 to 70 degrees today. For L.A. County valleys and the Inland Empire, temperatures will be similar, with highs from 65 to 72.

    In the Coachella Valley, expect a mostly sunny day, with highs in the mid-80s, up to 86 degrees.

    It will be windy in the afternoon over the Antelope Valley, with wind gusts in the 25- to 40-mph range.
