Early reports said that construction workers were working on replacing the bridge in Riverside when it collapsed, killing one of the workers who was on it.

Earlier this morning, all lanes were closed on the freeway. Now at least one eastbound lane is moving.

Update: The construction worker killed was identified as Okesene Faasalele, 59, of Long Beach.
