The body of a missing swimmer was found in the waters off Rancho Palos Verdes Tuesday morning. The swimmer, described as a male in his mid-20s with multiple tattoos, was last seen in the waters near the Trump National Golf Course around 6:50 p.m. on Monday.

As CBS Los Angeles reports, shouts for help were heard shortly before 7 p.m. Monday. The U.S. Coast Guard and Los Angeles County Fire Department were both deployed to search for the man, but suspended the fruitless that night and restarted 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

According to City News Service, the man's body was found around 7:41 a.m. Tuesday morning off the shore of the Portuguese Beach Bend Club.

The identity of the man has not yet been released.
