Something That Might Be Body Parts Found In Dumpster Across From Children's Museum

Police are currently investigating reports that there are body parts inside a dumpster across the street from a children's museum in Oxnard.
Police got a call about the possible human remains around 9:39 am this morning, according to a local website keyt.com. The trash bin is located at 4th and D streets in Oxnard, which is across the street from the Gull Wings Children Museum and near an elementary school.
Few other details were available, though NBC has a picture of the area where the possible body parts were found.
